 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – PINE HILL MUA The Pine Hill Municipal Utilities Authority is seeking a professional government leader for the position of Executive Director.  The successful candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to set clear expectations with the staff, the ability to communicate effectively within the organization, as well as with the public and local elected officials. 

The candidate must possess an understanding of the NJ public finance process, Edmunds software, public purchasing and familiarity with the laws pertaining to Utility Authorities. 

Duties to include but not limited to the following:

Full Budget preparation, labor relations, human resources and implementation of policies and projects approved by the Authority Commissioners. In addition, the candidate must be able to do long-term strategic planning and implement best practices across all level of the business.  Community involvement outside of normal business hours is expected.

Normal working hours are from 8:00am till 4:30pm Monday thru Friday, plus attend all Authority meetings in the evenings.  Individual must be available after working hours for all emergencies.  Candidate must possess a valid New Jersey Driver’s License.  The Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Salary will be determined based on qualifications.
